I noticed my internet was rather sluggish and decided to try the telstra troubleshooting tool.

It came up telling me that i had congestion due to people joining the NBN in my area and they credited me 30 dollars for the inconvenience.

Which options did u choose exactly?
Tried many options but it keeps giving me ref number and to contact telstra lol.
I chose the my Broadband> Speed is slow> Yes i am home
I also ran the test at 10pm.
Maybe more people more on the net at 10pm

Thumbs up to Telstra - I note there is even an expected resolution date on that Telstra reply which gave the credit.
The private sector internet service ripoff continues while the pathetic morons repeat "the private sector does stuff better and cheaper than the Government". As they pay the highest electricity prices in the world.

When I am trying to use it for speed being slow. The system loads till 15% and crashes with message "connection issues found"
