Looking for $5 casual gym

I found that atomic gym has $5 casual gym visit.

But they are too far from me (Epping). Any similar offer in Melbourne eastern suburb?

Every new unit complex has a very basic gym setup these days. Ask your friends and get it for free. Or go to bunnings and buy some cement.

  • Find a local park that has either some purpose built gym equipment or even just something you can use as a pullup bar (monkey bars etc). You can work pretty much your whole body with bodyweight exercises, the only one thats hard without equipment is a vertical pull (hence the pullup bar). Save your $5 a visit until you've plateaued with bodyweight stuff.

  • Buy some cheap weights on gumtree and get your cardio from going outside. Simple.

  • $5 per visit? But how many times a month would you want to go?

    • Unable to commit, that's why casual.

      • Yeah true. They make gym memberships like they do phone contracts. I guess you've already looked into franchises that allow you to have a roaming membership

  • Settlement road thomastown there is a 24/7 gym casual $2/day. Cant beat that
