Scoopon - need your support team to help out!

Scoopon hello,

Hoping that you frequent this forum on a regular basis I would like someone from your support team
to look at my case as I am not getting anywhere with the woman from "customer service".

I won't go into any detail here yet as I am sure that someone in your group after reading my case
will see that I have genuine claim for a refund.

I look forward to a reply.

    • Maybe the Scoopon rep can help me too. I have been getting nowhere with a refund issue and now they do not return my emails. I won't go into details here but it involved an over-subscribed restaurant that had no vacancies. Ref #RRA 205232.

    Why do members have to post here in frustration, to actually get some service?

    I can tell you, there are literally thousands of people reading these threads, and vowing (like me) to NEVER use a service like Scoopon…

    In the future I'm only going to purchase these deals from a company that has a contact phone number.
    That way you can speak to someone about your situation if it goes wrong!!!

    should be a law against companies that can operated in what I call a faceless environment
    with no contact details apart from ONE email address, they obviously are expecting customer backlash in advance!
