[PS4, XB1, Switch] Penta Penguin Free @ CTR Nitro Fueled

Just found out just now you can get penta penguin for free if you do the following at the main menu.

PS4: Hold L1+R1, press Down, Right, Triangle, Down, Left, Triangle, Up
Xbox One: Hold LB+RB, press Down, Right, Y, Down, Left, Y, Up
Nintendo Switch: Hold L+R, press Down, Right, X, Down, Left, X, Up

He is an advanced character stat wise.

    You need to press different buttons. A google should help.
