Anyone Ever Used Travelgenio to Book Flights?

Review sites are always full of negative reviews as most who have no problems don't bother to write reviews.

Just curious if anyone has used Travelgenio to book flights and if everything went smoothly?

I'm also keen to know if anyone has since booked using TravelGenio, in particular, I want to know if when they quote the airfare in $AUD that they actually charge you in $AUD (as opposed to EUROs or $US, as has happened to me before, resulting in International Credit Card fees). Thanks in advance.
