Connect PS4 Output to Two TVs with HDMI Switch

Hi guys. I'm in need of some expert advice.

We have 2 TVs in the lounge room and I would like to connect my ps4 to both at the same time and use a hdmi switch to choose which TV it is outputting to. This will save me unplugging and plugging in hdmi cables frequently.

I was hoping a cheap hdmi switch would suffice but they seem to be mainly to change one input into 3 inputs, not change 1 output into 3 outputs.

Will it have the same effect?
Does anyone have any options on what else to try?

    OP doesn't want a splitter like those since he/she doesn't want two outputs simultaneously - they want to switch between each TV…
