      It looks like about 50% of the 1-star reviews are due to extremely dull blades, and the other 50% about the "toxic masculinity marketing".

    As a bald man I’ve found these to be the best, shave my head every 2-3 days and have tried pretty much all brands. Have definitely found these the best. As long as they are not fake

  Purchased a quality DE razor and 10 blades for the same price. A better shave and far lower cost in the long run.

  I hate Gillette. The quality is going downhill. The design etc is fancy and all with the rotating flex ball but the quality of blades is getting worse. Coming from a long term Gillette user, I have now decided to move to Oscar Razor. This is my first attempt at a subscription service but the reviews are wayyyyy better than Gillette on productreview.
  Waiting for the order to be delivered. Hopefully it's better than the plastic metal coated Gillette blades.
