I heard a AD on Tripple M Brisbane radio this morning. It was @ Harvey Norman 2 for 1 laptops!
One was about $650
Other was around $800
I've been on the Harvey Norman live chat and they have no idea about it said it was an 'instore promo only'
Did anyone else hear this and catch the Harvey Norman store it was for and any details of the laptops involved?

Say it were 2 for 1. If we took the most expensive one of $800, think about what pieces of crap you would get for essentially $400 a laptop.

They regularly advertise 2-in-1 laptops as doweyy mentioned.
But you'd be a fool to buy anything from HN that isn't heavily discounted.

Holy hell those two laptops have the same Pentium 4200 processor and 64gb emmc memory, but one is a convertible and the other a 14”. I had the Asus version of the convertible with similar specs and it was just rubbish for typing a report online. Apparently the Acer Spin (as advertised here but possibly slightly newer version) had a lot of return-to-store warranty returns, and my Asus had to be returned for the MB to be replaced.
IMO buying one laptop with better specs for $800 would be a far better idea.

Are you sure it was 2-for-1, or 2-in-1? I'd imagine it's probably the latter.
