With Purchase: 90 Days of Music @ Amazon Music Unlimited Free Trial

I received an email from Amazon titled: With purchase: 90 days of music. Have no real interested in the additional services, as I have Prime Music I don't use. But click the link and follow the instructions in the email, but it's only for 30 Days. I'm like, hmmm that's not right. So I contact live support, and they are like you've only activated that today, and it was a "Prime Day only deal". I'm like the email only came out today and it was clearly a reward for purchases made on the day. In the conditions section, it even indicates you have 30 days to sign up, so not needed to be done on "Prime Day".

The solution was to bill me for each of the months, and then have a note to credit me for those months until 90 days were up. I wasn't too confident in their ability to service that process. So opted to cancel.

Just a warning for others, that it's not giving 90 day promo. Or have other successfully gotten the 90 days to work via this 'targeted' email?

  • Looks like there is a non-Prime only day 90 days free promo too (see bottom of this product, for example): https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B07BFSSXL5

    • That might be targeted? As I don't see a 90 Day promo at the bottom of that product when I visit.

Interesting, I just tried when logged in with my Prime Account, as well as in Incognito Mode in Chrome (no login), and can see it in both instances (see: https://imgur.com/a/OWMi5Un). I can only see the T&Cs in Incognito Mode, when not logged in (not when logged in with my Prime account).

… logo links to https://www.amazon.com.au/b/ref=AmazonMusic?node=6081717051 (and you can see T&Cs at bottom). … Maybe contact Customer Service again and point them to this link and ask for the 90 days?

        • Thanks for the screenshot and link!
