I will need to organise transfers from the airport via private car/limo service for a few cities in Europe and the UK, including to/from Heathrow.
The main criteria is that they are obviously reputable/licensed and can supply a rear facing baby seat.
Which agency/company has everyone used in this region?
In London I use BA-Transfers. They've always been great, around 55GBP one-way. They'll provide a baby seat if you tell them in advance.
A few years back went to UK with young kids. The safety standard of their seats was shocking. I would seriously consider taking your car seat with you and trying to take it on the plane. The baby beds on the planes are not much to write home about.
Would need to check that cars will have the bolt to attach too. Honestly I was shocked to see the quality of UK seats.

www.justairports.com www.london-transfers.com and www.handicars.co.uk are a few tried and tested car services. You should expect to pay about a fiver for a car seat for your tiny person.
