I got this for $700AUD with the developer discount directly on the VIVE website back when this thing launched. There's no reason to get this when the Oculus Quest exists for the same/similar price. This is 3DOF, does not let you move around. The Quest is 6DOF and does let you move around.

With that all said, this is a very low price for this headset. Still not worth buying, but this is certainly a discount.

    Ah yep, mixed up the remote with the headset itself. I know there's also a 6DOF version of the Focus out there as well, but that's pricier & rarer. All in all, the Oculus Quest is the better buy.
