Bluetooth Headphone Shipping Issues from China

Hi Fellow Bargain hunters~ Advice needed.

I recently decided to pick up a pair from 1More bluetooth TWS headphones off aliexpress. ( Great price ~$101 AUD incl. shipping). Seller was quick to send the item to post via EMS, but it seems the airline rejected the package and it has been returned to the sender. Maybe perhaps due to the battery inside? Anyone faced this issue before? I know powerbanks are a big issue, but didn't think bluetooth headphones would face this problem.

Anyone have thoughts? Thanks!

  • I've had this happen a few times - I sent the sellers messages and they just never respond. Pretty sure it's just a scam where they hope you don't open a dispute in time and so can't get refunded

    • My seller is quite responsive and checking for issues when I raised it. Maybe because it's the 1More official store?????(If we are to believe). Hope it doesn't keep bouncing around in China. Aliexpress lets me open dispute 10 days after shipping, so i guess i can request for a early refund or keep dispute open until it actually arrives . Seems like a weird issue because it seems Gearbest and Banggood don't have issues with shipping bluetooth headphones to Australia. Maybe should have brought them instead.

      • On AliExpress don't be scared of opening a dispute. If you aren't getting a productive response from the seller (i.e. a solution to the issue), open a dispute and just attach a photo of the tracking jumping around in china.

As a rule, they generally always side with the buyer as long as proper proof has been provided, and if you've already tried to work out a solution with the seller.

        • Thanks for the advice. Newbie to shopping Aliexpress. Couldn't find a solid seller in Australia for the 1More Stylish TWS headphone at a decent price. Apparently they are great bang for the buck.
