City to Surf Spot Going to Be Unused

So I booked a city to surf spot, but due to other arrangements, can't use this spot anymore…do you think it's a re-sellable item somewhere?

The entry is transferable

"Can I transfer my entry?

Person to person transfers will be available from Wednesday, July 31 until 5pm on Tuesday, August 6. "
