Anybody noticed that the $10 "apology coupon" and the cost of shipping ($10) are exactly the same?

      Even worse is that scummy decisions like this come from the upper management.

      And when siht hits the fan, they end up publicly blaming a lower level employee, firing them, and making a half-hearted attempt for an apology/PR damage control. They love ripping off the Aussies with high prices, but cry poverty with crocodile tears, when they're able to sell their products at a reduced profit-margin. Just like a child or a sore loser.

      They cancelled my order and it didn't show up on my ebay. HAd to make that extra effort to dig up my order and neg it, totally worth it though :)

    They emailed saying they'd refund my order
    Then got a PayPal refund for $50 instead of $90… dammit now I have to chase them for the rest

    i gave them a neutral feedback because i thought the $10 discount was legit-ish. but now i found out this price jack BS, its peed me off. I just negged them on my "discounted" order, and requested they cancel my order because i refuse to support this dodgy crap.
