Because it's a ploy to get people to make purchasing decisions based on getting a 'free' rubbish toy, instead of purchasing based on price.
I think people are smart enough to know the value of the money they earn…
I can't even fathom how a small version of an already plastic Coles prepaid MasterCard qualifies as a toy or why anyone would want one..
