  They have Japanese knives for every budget at excellent prices. Ship via EMS for US $7 flat no matter how little you order. I’ve bought far too many knives with them over the years and have always been happy. Only ever bought one high level knife locally with www.chefsarmoury.com who are excellent as well.

  was hoping for a bargain on the miyabi mcd birch wood knives as it’s what im currently building a set off (only santuko so far) but ahhh not to be.

  think i’ve outgrown most of those vg10 type japanese knives like shun ( my daily go to ) and am wanting to get more SG knives for weekends when i have more time to cook.

  have a preference for stainless.

  love that leather roll and knife on the web site ….. are they store items ?

    the link doesn’t cover all knives, only selected it seems, wanted to get some tojiro dp3 chefs knives which the deal doesn’t link to.

    bought the 9cm and 15cm tojiro,paring and code worked fine ……a knife i’ve never tried but says 60 rockwell so should be ok,
