Ways to Invest in Index Funds

I would like to invest in Vanguard index funds.

What is the best way or best brokerage account considering fees ?
For the moment, I’m interested in index funds only not shares, etc.

I think it depends if you plan on regularly contributing or not as to whether or not you to the asx route or not
