Looking for Grab Rails for my dad to be installed near the toilet as he has got knee problems.

I don't have a suggestion for grab rails but if your father is aged or disabled then you may like to look for government-funded agencies that provide home-modification services (for example https://livebetter.org.au/services/home-modifications/ but there are others). They have experienced people to help select the type of rails, proper location and knowledgeable installation. Just a thought.
I would say of more importance would be how you attach it to the wall, especially if it is plasterboard.
Lats thing you want is for it to give way when he is leaning on it
