That's right! This business comes FREE to good hands!
We have too much on our plate to continue with this venture. Just 5 months old, this shop is up for the taking along with all fitings (racks, changeroom, cash-register, counter, signage) and stock valued at over $10,000!

Basically we are giving it all away to gain ourselves some time to pursue other business. The interested person will need to take over a lease of $1939 per month and outgoings of approx $2700 per annum. Once you are approved by the landlord, we will shut our doors and you can re-open the next day - you can keep the name if you want as we will remove it from our register, or you can re-name it as you wish. It has been part of a bigger business for us so there is no past financial history attached to the shop itself. It has pretty much paid for itself since day 1 but we have never had the time to market it in any way. With some TLC it should become a nice little earner!

If we don't find a person interested in taking it over then we will be forced to sell stock and fittings separately and shut shop until a new tenant is found for the premises, as we simply cannot give the shop any more of our time!
HURRY!

  • Aren't OP shops typically not for profit organisations?

    • that's what i thought!

i wonder how they get new stock, from a charity?

the rent seem high for the suburb it's in!

doubt you'll make any money, how do u suppose to market it? it an op shop!!!

    • Believe it or not but I think I've actually seen Vinnies ads. And with those not-for-profit organisations, yes the business itself is not meant to keep any profit, although the salary to its "directors" and "employees" would be expense rather than profit…

  • Location is Cranbourne. Good luck servicing the $1939/mo lease.
