The code 'RKBONUS23' removes $23 from your whole order, which makes the above shirt free. Not sure if this is a site error, since I'm pretty sure the coupon code is only supposed to work for full-priced items. So good luck, fellow bargainers!

It works on all items, but the item will only be free if its original price is less than $23.

Lets say there's a $60 item discounted to $30. By adding the above $23 discount, the system will remove the initial $30 discount, and give you the $23 off instead. This brings the price UP to $37.

That's why the above t-shirts are free: their original prices were lower than $23 dollars.

The code is still beneficial if the item is discounted, but the discount is less than $23, as applying the $23 off will bring the price further DOWN.

I ordered 3 times using the same email, name and number. I received an email about an hour ago saying that “as per Terms & Conditions Voucher must be used on a purchase greater than the voucher amount”. They said they would be able to process one order, so I emailed them which order I wanted to process. They replied right away saying that an update from upper management came saying to “cancel all the orders that used the voucher RKBONUS23” and that they won’t process any orders regarding the voucher.

Well, I didn’t need the oversized tops anyway.

Wow! I have to wait up to 5 days for a $0 refund. I'll have to warn the bank manager that I may be troubled meeting this month's mortgage payment on time.

Didn't get any cancellation emails or confirmation emails either so went to the store and the lady showed me the printed email they got from HO saying that some people abused a loophole and tried to get clothes for free and that they shouldn't honour any order at all.

        @barozgain: Went there and they said it was cancelled. Asked her how did it go through my end to say 2 of them were available for collectiob and she doesn't know. She then went on to say it's classified stealing if it was given to those who ordered using the code. *Sigh… no freebie for me today.

Got a text to collect, went to collect and the woman said told you it was ready to collect so I could tell you this is not right. There was a minimum spend and you cant have the top!!
