We've just checked your account and it does have the $50 credit their however the Promotional Code is not in all Capitals - this may be the issue.

I will contact my website team and try and get this amended in our system so that it still recognises it during the checkout process as it is doing in the sign-up process.

In the meantime - ClubDeals will be happy to transfer the $5 back to a nominated bank account straight away for you.

  • haha that's great

    but of course though there are many factors included(time of day, how many staff are available at that time, how much emails/complaints are being sent)

  • they are still new, so not many ppl complaining or emailing probably.

    but it'll slow down if their get bigger with more customers!
