  Make sure you actually add the lava cake to your order, the voucher itself won't add the lava cake for you. When you add a traditional/premium pizza to your cart then it will give you the red button to add the lava cake.

  You can combine it with a discount code for the pizza eg $7.95 Traditional Pizza code will still give the free lava cake:

    I can confirm it doesn't work with the $7.95 loaded pepperoni or any of the value range pizzas the red button only comes up when you put in another traditional pizza or premium pizza.
