    Hey shoppingexpress. I recently discovered your website and eBay store through the eBay big deal. One question - Is your Corsair Flash Voyager 16gb USB Flash Drive genuine, and is it Australian stock? Do you get them from an authorized distrbutor?

      All stocks we sell are Australian Stock from authorized distributor and are all genuine. If you ever received any non genuine products from us, please inform us, so we can raise this type of issues to our distributor. Otherwise, you may purchase with ease.

    I had to join ozbargain to provide this comment and I hate doing this but there does not seem to be any other way to communicate.

    I bought a Belkin surge protector from shoppingexpress on 20 June and paid via paypal the same day. According to the website, item is in stock. Also FAQ indicates that shipping is within 24 hours - I can understand if item has been sent because that is uncontrollable.

    I checked on Monday (after a week) and noted that item was still being processed.

    I have now raised two queries, one yesterday and one today - both of which I received an automated respond acknowledging query - still no indication of when item will be delivered

    I have bought a TV on the same day on the internet which has been delivered.

    I would still like to have an idea of when the item would be at least posted
