Getting this phone as temp while I wait for my desire to get fixed (hopefully). Ordered from same place only off their ebay page with $18 shipping or whatever. So that kind of sucks :/ oh well. + it's $10 more on their ebay page anyway. Big time bummer
Good. I just checked crazy jones about a hour ago and they selling this for $169+100 unlocking fees, so this is good deal.
Also, keep in mind if you are looking to buy this phone that it will not be getting any updates past android 2.1 nor will the x10mini/minipro. Only the x10 will be getting android 2.3 (skipping 2.2 completely) despite previous comments from SE stating otherwise. So if you like your apps and don't plan on rooting then you're going to run out of internal memory real fast with this phone.
any offer on Samsung Galaxy Tab (1st Gen) ? if JBHIFI & Telstra can sell it for $299 + free shipping. should be a piece of cake for UniqueMobiles to sell it under $299?

Shame Android doesn't work for me.
Was really happy to see proxy finally added in 2.3, but as all sites I work at use an authenticated proxy, this will never work.
And the amount of time Google takes to fix their shite, MS will have the market by then.

I got this off these guys 2 weeks back for $175. I have never rooted a phone or installed a new ROM before but bought this phone with the intention of doing just that thru the instructions at XDA developers. I did it in a couple of hours with one mis-step(my error) where I had to start over again. The second time took me about 30 minutes. So now it runs 2.2.1 flawlessly. Android 2.3 is available but has a couple of bugs. I will update myself when it gets stable.
