got 3 of these, thinking of getting more of these, but i begin to wonder what will happen if the manufacturer/cloud is no longer in business? is there anyway to make them work with another cloud or without cloud? does anyone know pls? thanks

thanks, sounds a bit too technical for me with all that flashing firmware etc, will worry about it only when i have to.
You don't need to flash to use Tuya app.
I put the Tasmota firmware on the one unit I have and set up with HomeBridge. Using Apple Home I can still control remotely but relying on a slightly less dodgy cloud service.

Yeah - works great with Tuya and Homebridge. Have my Wemo, Ikea lights and now these working perfectly with Siri and Google.
