FREE Custom T-Shirt (+ $6.90 Shipping) from VistaPrint

15

Received an email from Moshtix stating that members get a FREE custom t-shirt from Vistaprint.

  • Fully customisable with your own photos and logo or choose from hundreds of professional designs
  • 100% pre-shrunk cotton
  • Available in white, ash gray, black and ladies' sizes

I ran it through to checkout and shipping seems to be free too.
[EDIT: Seems to have changed and minimum shipping is now $6.90 (just so everyone knows)]
There are options that add $$ to your order so be aware of that, but the free promo isn't too bad.

Mod: Removed Freebie tag

Fixed the link to what was given in the email, not from browser. Should work now!

thanks, yep now it appears as "free". i haven't tried going through the checkout process yet to see if it is really free.

edit: gone through checkout for "free" tshirt. min postage is $6.90 for slow shipping (21 days). no surpise …

        • Well, it seems to have changed now. When I first ran through it it crossed out shipping for me.

Mods feel free to move it out of freebies.

  • Have you actually bought one? Kind of skeptical to try it out because Vistaprint is notorious with its shipping fees and regular "freebie" baits. Plus deals on Vistaprint get trashed really quick.

Vistaprint ALWAYS have free offers.. just pay shipping.

I'm not saying that's bad because I love Vistaprint but I just thought I'd point out that this is nothing new.

Try http://vistaprint.biz/free2011 and you will be able to get multiple types of products freely (just pay shipping).

Why do you believe that shipping/delivery will be free?

    "Special Offer for Moshtix Members
Spend ONLY $30 or more and get FREE SHIPPING!"

"Are your FREE product offers really FREE?
Yes! You pay only for postage and processing and any product upgrades you select. To learn more about our free products, check out the FREE Offer Details located at the lower left corner of the free design studio. There is no difference in quality between our FREE and premium products. If you want to receive your FREE products faster, expedited delivery is also available for an additional charge."

I think that anything related to VistaPrint should be banned on OzBargain.

I think its only free shipping if you spend $30 or more. From looking at the top bit

    Special Offer for Moshtix Members
Spend ONLY $30 or more and get FREE SHIPPING!

    Correct me if Im wrong..
Cheapest shipping seems to be about $6 (21 days)

      Me toooo

    • +1

Ha, i knew that would happen. Didnt even bother to go there after previous experience with all the deals from Vistaprint.

    • Me too - I knew it was too good to be true - I've avoided Vistaprint before because of this - and will be again - it's either free or it's not - you can't be half pregnant

      Slow: Mule and Cart.
Standard: Mule and Cart plus Dangling Carrot.
      Priority: Horse and Cart.
Rush+: Horse and Chariot (must tip Mr Hur).

  • Would you (should you) trust a firm that writes "Adress (sic) line 2" and "Fax / Anders (sic)" on their 'free' business card form?

  • So "slow" shipping = Vistaprint taking longer to actually send it out? As far as I'm concerned the slowest postage within Australia is normally a week - which they class as "priority".

I have used this mob before and found the shipping to be really slow. The fact it comes from the Netherlands might have something to do with this. Products were quite good, although they catch you out with the extra shipping on the "free" items. Buyer beware!!!

  • $6.90 is not free.
I've done this sort of thing in the past for cheaper as well.
Sorry, crap deal (and it's Vistaprint anyway).

  • some people just never learn, you've been a member for almost 2 years and you're still posting crap from vistaprint

I can create an account at any service from its initial launch and don't necessarily have to track it day and night like you do.
Sorry, I'm not one of the cool kids that can keep up with trends.

I hope I can grow up to be more like you someday.

  • I find artscow to be quite useful - I got a bar mat for $12 on the 14th and it arrived today.

At the moment they have 25% off or free shipping for orders over $25.

Are there any other sites people would recommend for semi-professional custom photo gifts?
