I recently bought a Genio smart bulb, and following advice here I set it up with TuyaSmart app and then integrated with Google Home easily.
I now bought another Genio bulb but it continually fails to connect via TuyaSmart. I checked with the Genio app and it connected straight away. No idea why it's not working with Tuya when my first bulb worked fine. Any tips on what I can do to troubleshoot?
Check the number of devices connected to your router. Some routers accept no more than 32 devices at a time.
