The wife has lost the power brick of her 2014 MacBook Pro (pre-USB-C). I'm a bit reluctant to get a non-Apple MagSafe 2 charger as I can't be sure of the quality.
Has anyone here got experience using a USB-C to MagSafe 2 adapter similar to this, https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/293142420009 that I could use with a USB-C charger?

Have you got an old magsafe at home? I see officeworks is selling a Magsafe 1—> 2 adapter for $15
Me being a cheapskate would just get one off amazon after reading the reviews. $36 delivered by thur.
