  Can anyone confirm the long term effect of consuming non dairy creamer. A large cup of bubble tea can have up to half a cup of non dairy creamer per serving.

      true, at least with the sugar level, you can say less or none at all. The creamer though is a set amount.

    I'm no doctor but I can say that it's probably not very healthy to drink these every day, have it as a treat from time to time and you'll be fine. According to the source below, Coffee Mate contains trans fats and added sugars.

    If you have a bubble tea addiction and you must drink it every day, I would definitely recommend making your own! There's many good recipes online, it's super easy, you're not paying like $7 for a serving and it's better for you and the environment.

    Gotcha and Teamix uses fresh milk. Coco has some fresh milk ones but most use creamer.

      True, but they throw away many litres of milk tea at the end of the day. Not much difference tbh
