Before I purchase a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 3565 for $369.00, does anyone know if Dell ever further discount or have sales on their refurbished laptops? Or should I stop being tight and just cop it, also if you want to say anything about the deal that's cool too.

Yeah, screen is terrible. Processor is good for word processing, general browsing, that's about it.
Not often, not on all their stock, and on that laptop you're looking at, wouldn't be too much of a difference.
The one you're looking at also seems like a decent set up for the price - it's basic, as Spackbace says, but $369 is basically netbook territory and this one's at least a proper laptop with a laptop (not ultra-power-saving netbook) processor and a real SSD too.
They used to, and it was more of a big deal, but this was 5-10-15 years ago.
That whole business prospect dried up, as the entire industry slumped, so they don't really do it anymore.
They do, but not very often. The last time a sale was held on the outlet was 3 months ago.
