  • From Telstra offering 200GB OneDrive storage to all customers | WhistleOut

Best of all, the data seems to have no expiry date. Unlike similar promotion from companies like Samsung, which tend to offer the data for a year or two, the Telstra bonus should remain a part of your OneDrive account well into the future.

I had prepaid and was sure it was 2 years only?!

    • Ditto and I also recall it was supposed to be 2 years only.

Only checked it was still valid last night!

  • I've got the Telstra bonus and a Samsung one. Samsung lists an expiry date but Telstra does not.

  • I've still got it too!

just hope a Telstra employee doesn't read this and investigates and cancels!

  • They'll probably take it away when you cancel your Telstra services no?

    • I'd like to know the answer to this question too…. I sanyone no longer with Telstra but kept their 200gb on OneDrive?

Yep. Cancelled my service and still have it

        • confirm this is still active? want to cancel my telstra, but not sure about this 200GB i have had sicne 2016

          • @BaeSuzy: Probably too late but mines still active and I have left Telstra

  • My understanding was the bonus data was included for the entire time we have a Telstra account. I still have my free 200GB.

  • How can I get this? link is gone?

  • I contacted Telstra several years ago and asked when the storage would expire. They told me that it would expire in July 2019. The storage would still be there after July but I wouldn't be able to add to it. The storage is still there and I'm still adding to it as of September 2019.

Just noticed that my account still has this storage - great deal if it never expires!

  • Checked mine. I have 330gb somehow so I assume I used this deal.

  • I still have my Telstra 200gb now (from the 2015 offer), almost end of 2020!

  • i still have too~~
total i have 240GB now. if i login via web i can see the breakdown, 200gb from telstra, 15gb from camera roll i dont know what is that

    • 15gb from camera roll i dont know what is that

If you used OneDrive on a mobile and let it upload photos, they gave you a bonus free amount of storage (I think it was 15GB)

  • same as everyone else, I still have this and it's June 2021. Can still add to it and not expiration date next to the offer.

  • Same, still have it and able to upload and delete fine. Used a $2 Telstra sim to signup at the time of offer and never continued the service.

It's now February 2022…. I still have the Telstra Bonus data as well, in addition to my Office 365 1TB. Given I was pretty close to filling up my 1.2TB, I'm now slowly migrating data (ie. stuff I've hoarded… like daily MSY priceless) to my NAS or just deleting it.

  • I still have the 200GB as well. The funny thing is that it lists me as OneDrive Basic and suggests I upgrade to 100GB for $3.49 a month.

    • Same here lol.

I was just looking to see how/why I had 205 GB on OneDrive. I wonder if it will ever expire. I'm still with Telstra for my mobile

  • still there! 205gb and no longer a Telstra customer.
its the reason I don't have a NAS.

  • I have it and using it. Thank you Elop for this. Damn you for screwing up Nokia!

May 2023 here, still have it for 7-8 years now.

I originally had only an internet plan, then a data sim, which I also no longer have, I technically have an account with just an Xbox All Access Plan.

  • The Telstra bonus data got removed from my MS account back in December/January for some reason, had 30 days to upgrade or delete data before I stopped receiving emails to Hotmail so I upgraded to Office 365 using an EPP offer instead.

  • Still working today

  • confirmed still got it

  • yep still have it too, I don't use Microsoft 365 so was wondering how I still had 200GB extra (when I checked today)
