77mg of SALT per serve we wonder why we have health issues.

Daily sodium intake is recommended between 2-3000mg I believe. It's pretty insignificant.

      • +1

To add to this, sodium has an atomic mass of ~ 23 and chlorine ~ 35.5, so it’s roughly only 40% of the weight of salt.
So if it’s 2000-3000 mg of sodium, it’s 5000-7500mg of salt… 5-7.5 grams of salt seems quite little actually.

Well if you’re a moron and consume the entire box in one sitting… seriously every time a food-related deal is posted someone comes in on their high horse like they are some sort of nutritional expert. Feel free to post some health-food related deals if it concerns you so much.

As a bit of a sachet connoisseur I'll let you guys know that these are okay.. but not great. Much prefer moccona. I think the price here is pretty comparable to the specials prices at supermarkets, though.

Moccona cappuccino 10pk ×3 For $9 @ Amazon AU free delivery with Prime.

      • Most of the flavours too (5 of 8 except skim/sweet/peppermint) unlike the nescafe which is only cappuccino.

      • +1

same price as coles, i guess both deals come down to if delivery or supermarket buying is more convenient

      • +1

thanks - much better variety - got my free delivery

      • I find moccona sachets difficult dissolve. Am I doing something wrong?

  • -1

only cappuccino hardly a deal when all others are this price at woolies

  • +2

Do these even have any caffeine?

    • +1

I called a year ago, as it wasn't stated on the packaging & confirmed yes it does contain caff, but they couldn't give me any figures. I wouldn't expect anything over 80mg.

      • Could be anything then really. I've seen iced coffee with 120-180mg.
