You can purchase this before or not depending on your feelings towards piracy.

Fan remaster is the best currently available quality (from all i've heard its better than the bluray).You can buy this first and then go download the fan remaster if wanting to follow 'the rules'.
Or dont buy this first, i aint a cop.
But either way just search for it on piratebay.Rather depressing the best way to watch a series is piracy.
Yeah its pretty crazy that those fans did a better job of upscaling than the people making the bluray.
I personally have no issue with people pirating, so it doesn't bother me in that sense. But still the companies trying to sell a product should be doing a better job.
Might actually get this, childhood show nostalgia. And also because why not? Right?
This show is amazing
ATLA is THE best TV series in my opinion. I haven't seen Korra, but I love this show, even as an adult.
I was in Japan and they have it on Netflix so I downloaded all the episodes, and am still watching them now that I'm back home hehe!

How's googles service for movies? No chance of an offline download for laptops?
If not, where would be the best place to download this for either laptops (windows) or phones (android)?

Well if you dont like piracy. You can do as i've said above. Purchase it legally then download the fan remaster.
You are allowed to have digital backups of your owned media so its A-OK, plus you have better quality and downloaded rather than streamedYeah, might just be the way to go. Tad annoying.
If only they remastered them in 16:9 1080p. Amazing show.
