Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 - any experience?

Does anyone in Australia actually own one of these?
The B28 version seems to exist but no one can find it,

How has this effected you as an owner?

  • Ask someone from Vietnam or Malaysia to sell it to you.

The 4/64 version from B&H Photo has B28 for $200US, it is confirmed from feedback from buyers. It currently shows as out of stock and due in. This status sometimes does not change because when stock comes in it is taken up by back orders.
They also have the 4/128 version as well but nothing confirming this is B28 from buyers.

    • Great link thanks for that - lots of info

Interestingly though, there is a post saying Band28 is needed for VoLTE
Yet Telstra doesn't have this turned on.. As i'm with Telstra because i'm outside the big city's
This whole search could be pointless?

  • Where in the settings would it mention it?

Mention what bands it has?? I does not do that exactly… but in settings, about phone,… look for the model number. It should show something like this.. M1901F7G, M1901F7H, M1901F7I..
If it is the one ending in H then it will have B28.

      • My redmi note 7 purchased from Gearbest ends with the G.

        • Thats the Global Version(from memory) - It does not have B28
