    Nice one. Man Game Pass is the best thing to come from consoles this generation by a mile imho, so underrated and undervalued by gaming media, prolly cos they never have to pay for games so they dont get the actual value it represents to ordinary people.

      The amount of random smaller type games I've played and have absolutely loved is crazy, would never have played pretty much any of them if it wasn't for GP. Crazy good value, I stacked up 3 years from the $1 conversion deal :P

        Yeah me too, so many games i thought, i'll just try this out for an hour or so and i ended up loving it - and i would never, ever have played it otherwise! Happens frequently with Game Pass. Really a great but sadly unheralded service.

        Would love to hear some recommendations? I discovered Blazing Chrome which is a side shooter that plays and looks similar to Contra 3/Contra Spirits on the Super Nintendo. Highly recommended though it starts to become a little unforgiving past stage 4 so best not be too confident on the difficulty selection stage when starting a new game.

          I mean it's just impossible to recommend someone games without knowing what they're into tbh (i really disliked blazing chrome for example). Lately tho im playing DMC5 (quite a new game on gamepass already). No way i would ever have bought or played that but since it's on GP i'll give it a go, quite enjoying it actually.

            @Jonnir: Generally if you still have an active subscription it won't let you in on those deals, but if you're sub has lapsed they become available once more in my experience.

      I had a run-in with CDKeys once before on this, where they told me they were only for new users, "as stated on the page"

      When I asked them to point out where on the page it said that, they didn't respond again.

        I used PayPal, so if they don't play ball I'll be making a claim.

        It doesn't say "new users only" anywhere on the page, I've got screenshots. Looks like they are selling free trial keys.

        Maybe from AMD redemptions or something

    Ive contacted CDKeys for a refund and they are processing it without a problem.
    They have apologised and now confirmed that the key is for NEW Subscribers only.

    If you need to do the same just reply to support via email & include your order #.

    I was researching about gold vs gp the other day and found this out (NOOB, i know)

    Some might already know this. For those who has gold membership, but hasn't converted those membership to game pass, then there's a way to get discounted game pass for up to 36 months. So what they suggests buying three years worth of gold, THEN buy the $2 game pass for new users and the 36 months of gold will be automatically converted to gp.

    With the Suncorp 10% off gold subscription, converting that to gp brings the price down to roughly $6 per month. A bargain!

    Just an update:
    I purchased 2 of these in separate transactions.
    The first one worked no problem.
    The second one did not.(it said new users only)
    Not sure how the first worked as i was already subscribed….
    I asked for a refund for the second non working code, which i received hastle free in about 3 days.
