Help Finding a Certain Spiral Bread Dough Mixer and How to Get It to Australia?

I'm really into making bread and I want to buy a really nice Spiral dough mixer for making bread doughs from a manufacturer from italy.

As far as I can tell they don't sell direct to the public but through others.

Most of sellers I can find this product on don't ship to australia so I was wondering maybe I should use a forwarder but I'm not sure how expensive that would be? can I trust them with large heavy expensive items?

I also can't find a seller that sells the 5KG or 8KG total dough weight model I want in any color other than white with the features I want at a 230v 50hz model.
So theres basically 4 models of each a fixed head 1 speed , fixed head variable speed and tilt head one speed and tilt head variable speed .

The model I'm after is a tilt head variable speed in ethier 5kg or 8kg max dough weight and in a color other than white.
I mean if your going to spend this kind of money on a mixer like this it might as well look really nice too right?
There is a seller (costanteimports) in australia but they don't have inventory until december and they don't respond to emails too well so I've yet to get any information about price or color at all despite asking them twice. The only info they tell me is they'll be receiving them in november or december it's really weird they give me some info but completely ignore my other questions.

USA sellers do seem to have color models with the features I want but the electrics isn't right for australia, plus they seem to be more expensive the the ones in europe, not to mention USD, and I can only imagine the shipping so It'd probably be way better to get it from europe or italy.
I did find one seller willing to ship to australia a white model but they were saying it was 220v 50hz and required a $100 euro adapter or some such but as far as I can find 220v 50hz should be fine for here right?

So I guess I have 3 main problems.
Where to buy it from?
And how to get it here?
Are there any other unexpected costs I should expect aside from 10% gst, and exorbitant shipping costs?
Thanks!

      see what they say

      OP says

they don't respond to emails too well

    • Yeah thanks, I did do that but they aren't too great. I've emailed them 3 times and both times they did get back to me they never said anything about color options or even told me what specific features the models they had coming in were. Just a one sentence reply of they will be arriving in november and december.
      It's very frustrating.

If they don’t respond well to emails have you tried calling them?

  • Why don’t you email the company and ask if the have an UK agent. And just get it shipped from there.

    • Not a bad idea at all. I'll give that a try Thanks!

    They're all made in china

shipping is going to cost you just as much as the unit, but you'll get it faster than going through Italy.

Plus you can contact the manufacturer and ask them for colours and print your name on the side of the machine if you want.
