I downloaded the Cashback app and went thru their link to shop online with Coles
Now i look under my history and it doesn’t say anything about “ send a claim” ,so im wondering what happened or do i need to do something eg link a visa card ?
I cant see any cntact details otherwise I would write to them

Maybe i didnt click the Coles link properly ?
Checked the CR website, it says that cashback is only available to new coles online customers only and only on your first shop.
My assumption is that this isn't your first shop with Coles therefore, the cashback isn't being acknowledged. You always DM the cashrewards representative, tightarse and see what he/she says.
I always do it through the website on the computer.
Every time it has tracked.
