  Has anyone tried this and if its any good? I bought a back strap previously and it was too tight to the point it ran under my armpit and it was hurting me to a point.

    I bought one from Japan thinking it might be good. But I'm in a similar situation to yours. These things aren't good. May have worked for some people.

    Smeng, whilst this product will give you correct posture it does the work of the muscles so it will not assist in training you for when you’re not wearing it. Try a device that lets you know if you’re slouching

        Unfortunately I don’t have personal experience with it as I already maintain posture but the upright go 2 is probably the way to go. Their first version was popular with mixed but mostly positive reviews.

  I tried one of these and I'm convinced they don't work. Mine barely fit and felt so uncomfortable it was painful. Seemed like a stupid gimmick and I felt like a sucker.
