Anyone having any issues with those smart plugs from Aldi and google home? Switch turns off and on in their app, as well as the google home app, so its linked correctly. But if u ask google to turn it on or off, it just says it doesn’t know the device. Strangely if u ask in the app itself it works fine. Only stopped working in the last couple weeks

Have you added the switch's app to your google assistant? I got a Brilliant switch which had its own app. I had to add this app to google assistant for it to work.
Have you tried "Hey Google Sync devices" then trying to control it via voice.
Bought 2. One went kaput after 4-5 months of daily use.
