FYI Some reviews on the internet
    http://budgetlightforum.com/node/67795

    • Conclusion
This is not a good USB charger, the output power is only enough for one device and the design it not very safe.
As a power strip it can be used, but it is not good for high power devices, the switch is too weak and the cable slightly thin, except the earth connection that is very thin.

For me the killer is "unsafe in 230VAC countries"

        • Do you think china is a 110V country?

    • thanks for the link - I cancelled my order

Xiaomi is only a few $'s more and a proven product

Xiaomi Mi Power Strip Extension Power Board with USB Ports (3-Outlet + 3 USB) https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B075VQQC3C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i…

  • Does this have a compliance mark?

    • Welcome! You must be new here.

The product is without any Australian Safety Approvals and obviously does not meet these requirements upon inspection of the product. It would be fine for use in China or possibly other countries.

If you guys take a look at all the photos for the
IGUGIG unit and the Xiaomi unit you guys will find that ONE photo is identical…
Makes me wonder whether these 2 are made from same manufacturer, but IGUGIG just put their Logo on and Xiaomi claims that theirs is their own brand…

Negging as this device doesn't meet Australian Standards..

Also there is mention of the USB ports not being very safe..!

  • There is no mention of SAA Approval in the ad description so I doubt this product is certified for Australia, definition:
SAA Approvals is accredited by the Joint Accreditation Service of Australia and New Zealand (JAS-ANZ) as a third party certification body to issue of Certificates of Approval for declared and non-declared electrical equipment that has proven to comply with the safety requirements of the applicable Australian Standard.
