Sony WH-1000XM3 No Warranty?

So I purchased a new Sony wh1000xm3 on eBay (sydneytech) on ebays plus weekend sale

The headset has stopped working 3 months after purchase

I contacted Sony with Receipt and they declined warranty because it was not an approved re-seller

What should I do?
