I didn't see any really cheap deals for the Hotwheel expansion (second of two expansions for this game) but here's one digital download for $14.95 (50% off)

    It looks like the Snowy Mountains are part of the Australian Alps, which cover Vic and NSW.

    Snowy Mountains is very close to the VIC border in NSW.

    Maybe the reviewer meant the VIC side of this mountain range, or they got it wrong, either way I'll just remove the State since all Aussies know what we mean by Snowy Mountains.
