Hit and miss. Great if your car vents are the correct size. A PITA if it isnt, as it will slip forward. If your car vents are sturdy and the vent blades are approx 10-15mm deep, it should work.
I used it for a year and found it good and strong.
However, i switched to Hoco magnetic mount holder from aliexpress. Main reason was, in gravity type mounts, u need to remove charging cable b4 removing ph from holder, and attach it again once u put back ph, which is not convenient. In magnetic mounts, u can just take ph off with cable attached and place it back on holder after using ph. Hope it helps.

Especially when you get a package that's just popped bubble wrap and not what you actually ordered.
ali express dispute system is useless. they don't refund even for wrong items.
@petry: Hmm, that's weird… Like @ChipsChicky said below, I've gotten many a refund from AliExpress over the years. Did you contact AliExpress, if the individual seller of your incorrect item wasn't forthcoming with your refund?
@LustStarrr: yep was told that the wrong item I received had to be worth something so they placed a cost on it and refused a full refund.

How is it a lie? What do you think happens when you attach a plate of metal to your phone?
Been using plate for a year. Never found a problem, untill unless u place the plate over antenna.
Yes plate would have to be right next to antenna, which is on edges of phone, not where you put the plate.
And the magnet has no effect.
I do find that the phone gets a better GPS signal when mounted high on the windscreen, compared to the dashboard though.
So probably affects phone reception in marginal areas. But that is the car body.

They work for the majority of people, you've probably installed it incorrectly or you have crappy vents.
Push the clip deeper and it will lock the vents from moving.
