    Keep away from Katies online, it's definitely a nightmare! I made one purchase for click& collect on Aug 5, got collection in 1 week. But store can't find the order at all. Called online service, and was told system updating would take up to 10 days. After 10 days, called again to confirm store got the order ready , but actually not. Run between store and customer service for over 5 times. In the end, I was told order had been picked while no signed proof. So far, no parcel, no refund

      That’s is a truly horrible online shopping experience. Sorry you had to go through that.

      In my experience with Katie’s though, if you get delivery, it’s always been super simple, quick and easy AND easy to return in store.

      Maybe just try to avoid click and collect by spending more than $80 to get free delivery and then return the rest in store?

      I agree, should have read this first. Ordered an item, was charged full price. Took around 1 hour on the phone and then they said okay, we will provide you with the refund. It was a joke

        Hi @Legend279, that was my experience, too. Ordered the item, the summary screen showed the price reduced to $25. When I clicked the commit button, the invoice showed the full price. Went onto the system, nothing showing in orders. So I just rang Katies, spoke to a person who I suspect lives and works in a country outside of Australia, and the person said that I received a $10 discount and that I can't cancel the order. She told me to wait till it was delivered to my Click and Collect location, pick it up and then return it for a full refund.

        How did you get the refund over the phone?

          I just kept saying…

          Let me talk to your manager,
          " I am not going to waste my time waiting for the item and then refunding it"

          " Why can't you cancel it"

          " Your system is a joke"

          I said I got the code emailed to my Aunt, so I used it from her"

          " You know what time the order was placed, you can see the promo code for that time, you should know what the promo code is. There is no excuse for this to happen"

          Eventually, she said okay, we will credit you the difference back into your account.
