New Domino's Taco Sauce

Just tried the new Domino's Taco sauce and I really like flavour not too over powering spicy wise but wish there was more flavour but I like the direction they are going with it.

Anyone know of any alternatives or counterparts / options from Coles, Woolworths or Aldi.

I tried the burger sauce before and that was crap wondering if there is a bottle of taco sauce I can buy somewhere to add to my pizza's you know save money and be a good ozbargainer.

I am hoping domino's see this and start selling their taco sauce like how McDonald's did with their big Mac sauce awhile ago I like it would honestly keep a bottle in the pantry for a bunch of stuff it is a nice flavour.

The topping is called taco sauce and not American cheese sauce which I thought it initially was and can be added to any pizza as an extra $2.00 add on.

Comes with some of the taco fiesta pizzas that are $8.95 pickup right now from the domino's offer app and as a code under ozbargain domino's page.

I tried that too and it was OK.

Masterfoods Hot Chilli should be the only sauce you need for a pizza

Edit: Also, WTF is Dominos taco sauce? Do you mean Doritos?

    • Domino's have a new plant based range and one of the pizzas are taco fiesta so they put this nice taco sauce swirl on the pizzas and it is quite nice like having a standard pizza and Mexican flavour all in one I feel like I'm having taco bell and pizza hut in one.

Bought the masterfoods taco sauce and some nandos sauce forgot which one.. Gonna try them both and if they are winners I might just get the $5 value range pizzas alone no extra taco sauce and put my own.

Big fan of this sauce something different like how hungry jack's beef burger range has that special taste.

Wish I could buy some Big Mac sauce again for cheap those were good in sandwiches and meat.

      • Get the Masterfoods spicy red, it's pretty much bang-on with the mexican style sauce they previously used - i haven't tried the 'taco sauce' though. It's also sometimes released by Fountain as a special "tomato capsicum" sauce but generally only for a limited time.

As for the big mac sauce being cheap - if you were to buy the same amount of serves that were in the 12$ bottles at 50c each in the little cups they give you, it works out 2$ cheaper to buy them in the little cups. The bottle was actually more expensive (unless it was cheaper where you got it?). From what i remember, there were 20 serves of bigmac sauce in the bottles that went for $12, which are 50c each in the little cups (so $10). Whether or not you want to go in and buy 20 little cups of bigmac sauce at a time though, that's on you :p

Cheers thanks man I appreciate it this is the best comment I have gotten for the week really means a lot to me.

I will give the masterfoods spicy red a shot but if it is what I am thinking of isn't it like a tomato sauce or bbq sauce type flavour? I love spicy red though goes really well with eggs and rice and a bit of diced bacon.

Interesting tidbit on the Big Mac sauce yeah I think it was more a collector's item thing maybe more than something you would get for straight value as the small packets work out cheaper when you compare it overall yeah you are right I think it was just a nice novelty thing.

Thinking now a week after having the taco sauce and having had at least 10 boxes of pizza since then not taco fiesta I think I was just over excited about it I mean it is great but honestly nothing too flashy I think McDonald's Big Mac sauce and KFC's supercharger sauce is better overall.
