Just spoke to jbhifi guy and was told the $500 port in offer for 12 months will be back on for iPhone 11 64gb black or white.

  Placed the order last Monday but it’s still stock on provisioning! Called Telstra so many times and spent hours on the phone but no one could give me an answer just asking me to wait. I asked them to cancel it but they couldn’t even do that but was told to go back to JB and ask them to cancel!! What a fiasco, never again Telstra!!!

  Can you still get the port in $10 credit from Telstra?

  Spoke to two of their staff on live chat and both of them said they don't have this offer.

    I got $10 credit for 6 months, although it did involve multiple store visits and live chats. Most reps told me they couldn’t do it or told me I had to go elsewhere either (into store or live chat).
