Any speaker with Airplay and bluetooth (just in case) built in will be fine. If you want it to sound good and have money then the Home Pod is good choice, don't think it has bluetooth though. And just plug ipad in anywhere to charge, get her a charger that'll charge faster at full wattage or whatever.

You can charge the phone from the speaker. But that will drain he battery speaker, so you'll need to charge the speaker afterwards.
