(Lupitas Spanish Tapas Restaurant, Surry Hills, Sydney)

The voucher is due to expire next month, and I've been trying to make a booking but their listed telephone number never worked. Their website was working until yesterday, but today when I checked it says it's no longer in business.

Has anyone else bought a voucher for this restaurant from Should we lodge a complaint?




    What if the business providing my voucher closes down before I use it?

    In that instance, we would always refund all unused vouchers. However, it hasn't happened yet, and is very unlikely!

    Guess they have to change their faq!

    hey i bought this too and did try calling a few times. guess will have to ask for refund

      Got the following prompt reply from this morning.

      "Due to unforeseen circumstances Lupitas Tapas has closed its doors and will
      not be honouring any more vouchers.

      We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are happy to refund you the
      full price of your voucher.

      This will be done later next week and once it has been processed we will
      send you a confirmation e-mail.

      We apologise again for any inconvenience caused.

    Thanks for the post. I was hoping to use the voucher soon. Looks like I need to contact for a refund!
