Telstra Plans at JB/GG: International Pack Add on?

Hi Everyone

Can someone please confirm if the $10/pm international calling pack can be added to the plans sold by JB and Good Guys?

The CIS for these plans makes no mention of it, and simply says IDD calls will be charged PAYG per minute

I thought you could also move to month 2 month plan with Telstra once you have signed up to JB Hifi term contract. That way you can either choose Telstra plan and add international call pack or cancel and move onto another provider.

  That's the $10 roaming pack…I'm after the $10 international calling pack that gives unlimited calls to 10 countries from Australia that can be added to plans from the Telstra website…

i sgined up telstra plan via JB hifi at the end of 2017 for a 2-year contract.
Can confirm that there's an option to add the $10 roaming pack

Basically after you sign up, you can create a customer account with telstra to login on website/app, where on the app (i dont use the website often) there's an option to add the $10 int'l pack.

though i think telstra is losing their competitiveness in this….the premium plan with optus now comes with free international calls and data (restricted to 35 destinations)
