Anyone having issues getting their instant win items to work?
I have had 3 instant win food items scanned and not appear in the stash now. I took the hard copy in to stores and they say it has been claimed. But the app hasn't got it.
I never pressed claim I just scanned it. I have 2 that worked fine.
Anyone else have this happen?
This is correct. You have the use the physical ticket for instant win food items
I can't even login, get a 502 error. Can login to the mymaccas app fine.
Yep noticed this the other day, normally before the instant win would go to stash.
Yesterday added one and it said in the app, that it will Not be added to my stash and I need to present the card to redeem.
When I tried to scan it again it says I have already scanned it.
Went to drive thru, they accepted it no problem, they didnt do any verification either, just put card aside.
So yeh I dunno whats going on.
the app is so buggy that when i went to claim my instant win foods i get a 502 server error.
luckily the win was linked to my normal maccas app and i used that instead to claim
No issue with the app on either end. Instant win tokens can only be used in stores and confirmed by the cashier, scanning it on the app will only return a message congratulating you on your win and giving you an extra second chance draw entry. Only instant wins from chance cards / community chests will appear in your stash.

So how do we log in now to redeem our vouchers?
When I've scanned winning tokens in the App it only gives me a Second Chance entry and tells me I need to keep the token to claim the prize.
I wasn't aware you could add them to the stash. All that's in my stash is 1 prize from a Chance card.
